Terms of sale
Updated 2026-10-30
1. Seller
The brand Partpost and the website partpost.eu belong to MB "Metalinis medis" (a small partnership under Lithuanian law), company code 306378294, VAT code LT100018085313, registered address: Darbininkų g. 6, Ariogala, Raseinių r. sav.. Registered in the Register of Legal Entities (State Enterprise Centre of Registers, Lithuania). Contact: info@partpost.eu.
2. What we sell
3D-printed parts made from the 3D models you upload (STL, 3MF). Every part is made from your model, in the material, colour, quantity and strength you choose. The price is calculated automatically before you pay.
3. The contract
By placing an order you accept these terms. The contract is formed when we receive your payment (for a bank transfer: when the money reaches our account): you then receive a confirmation email with the order number and a link to follow it.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros and include VAT.
- The minimum order before delivery is 4.00 €; a smaller order is topped up to it (shown before you pay).
- You pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer to our account: the account details, the amount and the payment reference (the order number) are shown when you place the order and sent by email. Pay within 3 days of placing the order; an order not paid by then is cancelled and we tell you by email. Until it is paid, an order does not bind us.
- Card payment (also Apple Pay, Google Pay) – coming soon.
- A VAT invoice is available on request by email.
5. Production and delivery
We start printing within 2 working days of payment. Delivery: LP Express parcel locker or courier in Lithuania (1–2 working days) and courier to other EU countries (3–7 working days). Prices and conditions: Delivery and payment. We email you the tracking number when your order ships.
6. Checking orders
We look at every model before printing. We may decline an order and refund it in full if the model cannot be printed properly, if it is a weapon or part of one, if the item is illegal, offensive, or obviously infringes someone else's rights.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge until we start printing: email us. We refund the full amount, by the method you paid with, within 14 days. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
8. The 14-day right of withdrawal
Every part is made to your specification (your model and choices), so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 6.22810 of the Lithuanian Civil Code). This does not affect your rights regarding defective goods (section 9).
9. Defects
If a part arrives with a defect we caused (for example a failed print, the wrong material or colour, missing parts):
- Email us with photos. Please do so within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
- We agree the details; if needed, you send the part to Darbininkų g. 6, Ariogala, Raseinių r. sav. – we pay the postage.
- We reprint it free of charge. If that is not possible, we refund you.
If the parcel was damaged in transit, take photos of the packaging and the part and email us: we reprint and deal with the carrier ourselves.
The 14 days are a request so we can help quickly. They do not limit your statutory rights for goods that are not as agreed (2 years from delivery).
10. What is not a defect
- Visible layer lines and the usual surface of 3D-printed parts.
- Small marks where supports were removed.
- Slight colour differences from what a screen shows.
- Dimensional deviations up to ±0.3 mm or ±0.5 %, whichever is larger.
- Problems caused by your model: wrong size, parts that do not fit, design errors. We print the model as uploaded.
- Suitability for a particular purpose and strength: you choose the material and strength. Our parts are not meant for food contact, medical use, safety-critical or load-bearing applications unless agreed in writing.
11. Your responsibility
By uploading a model you confirm you have the right to have it printed. If anyone claims rights in your model, you are responsible.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example intent or gross negligence).
13. Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first – we will try to sort it out quickly. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt). Lithuanian law applies.
14. Changes
We may change these terms; an order is governed by the terms in force when it was paid. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
