Who handles your data

What we collect and why

We never receive your card details: payments are handled by Paysera.
Your browser (only it, not us) remembers the link to your last unfinished order, so you can continue it from the start page. It is forgotten once the order is placed; you can also forget it yourself (✕).
Who receives data
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) – the server the site runs on and the data is stored on.
- Zoho (EU data centre) – sending emails and corresponding with you.
- AB Lietuvos paštas (“LP Express”) – delivery: name, phone, address or parcel locker.
- Paysera LT, UAB – our bank account and payments.
- Public authorities – only where the law requires it.
Visitor statistics (Umami) run on our own server. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Unpaid orders and their uploaded files are deleted after 30 days.
- 3D models of paid orders are deleted 90 days after shipping (or cancellation).
- Order and accounting records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Cookies
We use only necessary cookies: to remember your language and to protect forms against forged requests. No statistics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data (where the law does not require us to keep it), to restrict its use, or object to use based on legitimate interest. Email info@partpost.eu – we reply within a month. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
